OptumRX has finally released critical pieces of information in regards to the cost of prescription drugs.

Sacramento, CA - OptumRX has finally released critical pieces of information in regards to the cost of prescription drugs. This comes on the heels of CSR pushing for this critical data to be shared with the public during the open enrollment process. Many members were concerned they did not have the full story when choosing a provider.
You can find the information you need on the OptumRx Microsite: www.optumrx.com/calpers The website has been updated to include the Drug Lookup, Drug Cost Lookup, and Locate a Pharmacy tools, as well as the PERS Select/Choice/Care Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Plan Evidence of Coverage (EOC) booklets. According to CalPERS, the HMO Prescription Drug Plan Evidence of Coverage booklet will be added to the website as soon as it is approved for release.
